- Free Basic users will be able to generate only self-updating feeds of their own Instagram accounts.
- Plus users will be able to generate feeds of their own Instagram accounts, feeds of other Instagram business profiles, and feeds of hashtags search results. But they won't be able to use advanced content filters.
- Premium and Business users will be able to use the Instagram Feeds generator to the fullest with no limits.
Instagram feeds are private content feeds. The number of active private feeds is limited by your RSS Ground membership plan.

First, you need to authenticate your Facebook account.
Press the Authenticate button. Follow the steps in the pop-up window and make sure you grant our app all the requested permissions.
Then you need to select one of your Instagram accounts connected to your Facebook pages.

As soon as you are authenticated, choose the type of Instagram feed you wish to generate.
Get content feed of my Instagram account
This option allows you to generate a self-updating content feed with all your recent Instagram posts. Only your public posts will be displayed in the feed.
Note: you will be able to generate a content feed of the Instagram account selected in the My Instagram accounts.
Get content feed of a specific Instagram business account
This option allows you to generate a self-updating feed with all recent Instagram posts of a specific Instagram user. Enter an Instagram account name in the text field. Example: natgeo, or @natgeo
You can specify one or several Instagram accounts at a time, up to 10. A separate private content feed will be generated for each specified Instagram account. Only public posts will be displayed in the feeds.
Note: you will be able to generate content feeds only for Instagram business accounts.
Get content feed of Instagram search results by hashtags
This option allows you to generate a self-updating feed with recent Instagram posts tagged with a specific hashtag. Tagged posts are those which mention a hashtag in their captions. Specify your hashtag in the text field. Example: yoga, or #yoga
You can specify one or several hashtags at a time, up to 10. A separate private content feed will be generated for each specified hashtag. Only public posts tagged by Instagram business users will be displayed in the feed.
Note: there is a limitation for Instagram search results set by Facebook. You can query a maximum of 30 unique hashtags on behalf of your Instagram profile within a rolling 7-day period. Once you query a hashtag, it will count against this limit for 7 days. Subsequent queries on the same hashtag within this time frame will not count against your limit, and will not reset its initial query 7-day timer.
The limit is valid per single Instagram account. If you have several Instagram accounts, you can rotate them in the My Instagram accounts Basic setting to increase your limit.
You can use the Preview option to make sure your Instagram feed displays content relevant to your search.
