3. Choose to sign up for a needed account (free account would suffice in most cases):
4. Under your developer account you already have a free app. See the Apps section. It will have a balance of free credits awarded. But as soon as these credits are used, you won't be able to continue with this app. You will have to create a new app and buy credits for it.
Click Create App.
5. Once the app is created, you will see it as a Pay Per Use. Click on it:

6. You will be offered Client ID and Client Secret. Please copy and save them. Note: you won't be able to see your Client Secret over again. If it is lost, you will have to regenerate it.
7. You can save your app credentials in your RSS Ground default settings.
8. If for some reason you lost your App credentials, go to Apps, click on your app, go to Keys & Tokens, to OAuth 2.0 Keys. While your Client ID key is visible Client Secret is not. If you lost it you need to press Regenerate to create a new key.
9. To be able to use your app, you need to buy credits. Go to Billing - Credits section. You will be able to see your balance and buy mire credits there.
