To cancel your membership you need to go to My Account - Profile & Billing. Under the Subscriptions tab find your current subscription and press Cancel.
Also, you can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team. Send your cancellation request at least 7 days before the end of your billing cycle.
To completely remove your account, please also contact our support team.
