First of all, please make sure you have not reached the limit for the number of content widgets (code snippets) available on the current membership level. If one of your content widgets is deactivated because of the limits you need to delete other content widgets to re-activate this particular one or upgrade to a higher membership level.

Then make sure you have not reached the limit on the number of content feeds available for the current membership level and if you use deactivated content feeds in your content widgets you need to replace them.

Also, make sure you have your content widgets saved in the Content widgets section, otherwise, they won't work.
